TICKET PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The purchase of a ticket grants the holder the right to attend the event indicated on the ticket if they accept and comply with the venue’s terms of operation. Entry to the event constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms.
2. The ticket is valid for a single entry only and is considered valid only if purchased through an official point of sale. Exchange, resale, or any form of commercial use of the ticket is prohibited. Tickets purchased for commercial, promotional, or advertising purposes without the Company’s prior approval may be cancelled.
3. Official Points of Sale:
Tickets are sold online through the company “MORE.COM ELECTRONIC SERVICES SINGLE-MEMBER S.A.”, hereinafter referred to as “MORE”, established and operating under Greek law, with registered offices at Arcania Business Center, 18–20 Marousi–Chalandri Avenue, Marousi, Attica, VAT number 998988329, Tax Office: FAE Athens, GEMI no. 006549001000, acting as a provider of electronic services.
4. All online ticket purchases are exclusively processed through MORE, either directly via its website or through the designated widget on our site which redirects to MORE’s platform for the completion of the transaction. Tickets are also available at physical points of sale listed on the official event pages and at the event venue box offices.
5. Admission to theaters is not permitted after the performance has begun. Entry is allowed only during intermissions (if applicable) and only under the guidance of ushers and venue staff. To avoid inconvenience or disruption, please arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of the event.

6. The Company reserves the right to deny entry to individuals who behave inappropriately or disregard the instructions of the Company, ushers, or security personnel.
7. The Company reserves the right to remove individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or those in possession of bottles or other dangerous or flammable objects, even if they possess a valid ticket.
8. The use and possession of audiovisual recording equipment at the event (for video, photography, or audio recording) is prohibited.
9. Ticket holders agree to inspection of personal belongings in accordance with the above restrictions.
10. The Company bears no responsibility for disputes between attendees, or for damage or loss of personal belongings at the venue. Stolen or lost tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
11. Attendees must comply with safety instructions provided by security and Company representatives.
12. For safety reasons, crowd surfing is prohibited.
13. In the event of a postponement due to force majeure or organizational reasons, the Company reserves the right to change the date, time, or venue of the event. Announcements will be made via the Company’s social media and by email. In such cases, tickets remain valid and are not subject to refund.
14. The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing tiers and modify the event program.
15. The Company reserves the right to change the venue of an event if deemed necessary for technical or operational reasons, due to force majeure, or for any other reason considered essential to ensure the safe and proper execution of the event.
TICKET USE, CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY
15. Tickets purchased are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
16. Requests for ticket modifications (only for events where this is explicitly stated) are accepted up to 24 hours prior to the event as printed on the ticket. Such requests must be submitted in writing via email to tickets@xlalala.gr within the timeframe. The submission of a request does not imply its acceptance; the Company will review it and respond in writing.
17. Ticket holders who do not comply with COVID-19 containment regulations are not entitled to cancellation or modification of their tickets.
18. An event shall be considered cancelled only in the case of its final and irrevocable termination, with no possibility of rescheduling. If the cancellation is due to the Company’s fault, the full ticket price will be refunded.
19. If the event is cancelled due to force majeure (e.g. war, coup, unforeseen governmental prohibitions, strikes, sudden serious illness, extreme weather conditions, or natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, etc.), the event will be postponed to a new date, and all purchased tickets will remain valid.
20. If it is not possible to reschedule the event, the Company will announce its definitive cancellation and issue full refunds to ticket holders.
21. For partial or full ticket refunds (where expressly stated in these terms), you must declare your transaction details in writing to tickets@xlalala.gr as per the Company’s relevant announcements, so the refund can be processed.
22. Such declarations must be made within the refund period announced by the Company. The Company assumes no responsibility for incorrect or late information. Requests submitted outside the designated period may be declined.
23. Refunds are issued in accordance with these terms and within the timeframe set by the Company.
24. If an event is interrupted and cancelled due to force majeure after at least 30 minutes from its start, it is considered completed and will not be rescheduled. Tickets in this case are not refunded.
25. When a single ticket grants access to multiple performances (e.g. a festival), and a specific band or artist cancels, the ticket remains valid, and no full or partial refund is granted. The Company is not liable for the artistic value of any cancelled performance.
26. The possession of a ticket does not entitle the holder to any additional free services unless expressly stated or printed on the ticket.

COMPANY RULES FOR THE ORDERLY CONDUCT OF EVENTS
28. Parts of the event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. Audience members who appear in such media agree that they will make no claims—financial or otherwise—against the producing company, the Company, or its sponsors.
29. Holders of discounted tickets (student, youth, unemployed, etc.) must present valid proof of eligibility upon entry (e.g. student ID, unemployment card). Reduced mobility (PWD) tickets are valid for individuals in wheelchairs or with disabilities over 67%, along with one companion, only in designated seating and upon presentation of official documentation.
30. The Company reserves the right to deny entry to ticket holders who arrive after the event has started, if necessary.
31. Ticket holders must present identification and any required documentation when tickets are linked to named reservations or buyer verification.
32. Entry to the venue with food or drinks is not allowed.
33. If wristbands are used for event access, they must remain intact on the wrist throughout the event. Each entry ticket corresponds to a single wristband. If tampered with or removed, the wristband becomes invalid, and the individual must purchase a new ticket at the door price to stay at the venue. Wristbands are made to meet all safety standards and cannot be accidentally removed.
34. Tickets may not be used in marketing, sales promotions, rewards programs, or contests - commercial or otherwise - without the Company’s prior written consent.
35. Pets are not permitted at the event, with the sole exception of guide dogs for the visually impaired.

37. Entry is allowed for all adults over 18 years of age who have read and consent to these terms.
